5 Micro Habits To Increase Your Energy & Productivity If you are ready to ditch all the fats, additives, and unwanted calories from store-bought salad dressings, then you will love these recipes! They are quick, simple, and nutritious! RECIPE: 1/4 dijon mustard* 2 T honey 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 4 grinds of black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup olive oil* Whisk it all together, then pour into a mason jar and store for 2 weeks in the fridge. *You can change these things up to regular mustard. Apple cider, champagne, balsamic, sherry, or rice vinegar You can also add dill, chives, parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion, etc for more flavor!
