68. Mark Dowdle "A modern day Forrest Gump"

Welcome Back to another episode of BauerOur Radio! This week we have Mark Dowdle, who is an ultra marathon runner/beer mile extraordinaire. Recently, Mark won a last man standing race where we ran for 34 straight hours... He also completed "calendar club challenge" where we ran the number of miles equal to the day for a full year. Mark decided this challenge wasn't hard enough so he doubled down on the challenge by doubling the miles in the month of February, running a total of 874 miles. In his latest escapade, he ran from Chicago, IL to Windsor, ON (Canada) to complete in a professional beer mile event. Mark is tenacious and a real go getter. Quit is not in his blood and he is constantly testing the limits on what his body can handle. He is an inspiration to all and I think we can all learn something from a guy like Mark. Enjoy!
