When trying to hear the Holy Spirit, we can so often get in the weeds of trying to do what is "best". "What is the wisest, most responsible choice I can make in this situation?" We can put so much pressure on ourselves to choose what is absolutely perfect, and this can be a major distraction from hearing God's voice. And, not just something that makes us distracted, but it can also cause so much spiritual confusion.
