Through persistence and a drive to find the root cause, she learned that healing is possible when one gets proactive and then takes a mind, body, and spirit approach. She is the author of a book called 'Stress Less About PMS" and is passionate about helping women balance their hormones. She currently uses functional labs to get answers early and her goal is to be the last health coach you ever see. She educates women and men on how to incorporate healthier habits into their lives and how to lead a more natural and toxin free lifestyle. She is mom to 2 boys and her dog Lucy, and is often found in her spare time hiking with her family, feeding her hungry boys, or organizing events that bring people together.
