I was talking to a friend recently about my experiences being mentored by other women. Of which, dismally, there are few. I recounted far more times when I was competing or simply ignored. Yet a few women shine bright in my mind. How about you? What's been your experience when just a handful of people in your life actually gave a moment to show you the way, nurture your talent, or offer you an "in?"
