His role is to train, mentor and guide the youth of the city through educational and recreational programs. Besides guest speaking and motivating his community, Anthony has a great passion for helping individuals become more than ordinary by being extraordinary. He gained the nickname "Smitty" while serving in the United States Army as an Army Airborne Ranger Tabbed Soldier. Smitty maintains a never quit and never give up mentality and refers to this as the "Power of Consistency!" He believes in a zero days off mentality i.e. training on every day that ends with a Y!
