In his career, he has helped design products that assist everyday "elite" athletes elevate their performance, prolong their careers, and advance their physiological potential.

As we welcome Hami back to the show, he gets a chance to talk about the changing landscape of the retro shoe industry, the need for more connection in the world, and why we need to get more kids playing sports - even if that does involve an organized team or a league. 

While being empathetic and intuitive, Aaron enjoys getting people excited about possibility then providing them the support and creative space needed to deliver groundbreaking work.
