Courtney opens up about her experience with gynaecological health, her battle with endometriosis, early pregnancy loss, preeclampsia, dual positive c- section surgeries, her positive decision for a young hysterectomy, as well as the often overlooked realities of perimenopause. Courntey discusses life as a defence wife, where she often solo parented two young children whilst moving around away from family. Now, as a successful businesswoman and co- founder of a digital health startup company, Courtney shares her transition from the medical field to the world of entrepreneurship. She gives insight into what it is like to be self-employed, balancing the highs and lows of startup life, while reflecting on the personal and professional challenges that have shaped her today. She also shares how therapy with beloved Dr. Kate has resulted in a positive self growth journey, and how she maintains self care. Courtney believes life shouldn’t always be so serious, and she loves to have fun with ber family and girlfriends, and has recently joined women’s cricket!
