We spend lots of time in our heads thinking as humans. Sometimes we can think we are letting ourselves feel emotions, but we are really just analyzing them. We'll talk about some practices that can really help us feel those emotions to help us process and move forward. Action step: Set a timer for a few times a day. When the timer goes off, get curious about these questions. What do I feel in my body? How would I describe my thoughts? What emotions may I feel? In what way might feel good to move my body right now?
