Friends did you know that It's ok to Let it Go? Its true. What comes to mind when you read these words "Let it Go?" We all have something. We are messy imperfect humans, and that's ok. Its just human nature to be messy relationally at times. But the goal is to NOT STAY that way. So here in Episode 7 we cover letting go. As you listen today, allow yourself to open your heart and mind to some genuine soul searching. I'm a list person, so here is a list of possible things you might struggle with. What stands out? Bitterness, grudges, self judgement, striving for perfection, accusations towards another person. Some of us struggle with wanting to be in control, or people pleasing. The purpose of Elevate Life with Angie is to draw truth up to the surface and face hard things bravely. Then we won't have to live our lives being stuck.
