20 percent of the population are highly sensitive people, but less than ten percent are empaths, or people who feel the feelings of others. We are the later. Not all HSPs are empaths, but all empaths are HSPs. Not all empaths have Mama Drama Trauma (MDT), but all empaths with the mother wound do. Blurred lines between the worlds we walk. How do you use your intuition to clarify who, where and what you are?
