7. Sister Wounds

In episode 7, Kate and Betsy explore “sister wounds” and how women have been pitted against each other.   Women have had to use unhealthy coping mechanisms like jealousy, competition, judgment and gossip.  There is great power that comes from being conscious and making a decision not to wound fellow sisters.  They discuss ways to confront the sister wounds and how women can build trust through circles where there is trust, support and boundaries.
