7 ways ADHD medication changed my life

from Late Diagnosed Diaries

A question I personally get asked about a lot is how my ADHD journey is going with my medication, so I thought I'd put it into an episode! As someone who was diagnosed at 30 with ADHD, giving medication a go was something I was open to – I wanted to test the waters and see what all the fuss was about. Turns out, it has helped me change my life in more ways than I could count on one hand. Using my medication as a tool (not a cure-all pill) and changing aspects of my life to help it work better (such as diet, exercise and mental healing), I talk about how it's helped me run my businesses better and help me be a better wife, friend and boss. I have based this episode on my own experiences as a late-diagnosed business woman with ADHD. Medication is not for everyone, I do not promote medication of any kind, and I am not a medical professional. Please seek medical advice if needed.
