Personal Branding isn't the same as Thought Leadership. Whilst they do go hand in hand and complement each other, they still require different attention and action steps to build. Your brand is the foundation to then build your thought leadership status on it. It's a non-negotiable as everything from there either tanks or takes off. The question is - what makes a thought leader and with that, a trusted authority?
