#71 101: Back to Basics

from Intentional Disruption

Today I discuss some real life examples of needing to go back to basics inside business. I break out the key reasons we exist as businesses and how to excel at the little things that make you stand out.  I do this in preparation for being a judge for the University of Connecticut's Entrepreneurial Bootcamp for Veterans. As a judge I was asked to help break down the pitches from these pre-revenue and early income businesses and provide insights. It is a give back very much inline with my phase three for my business and non-profit.  Take a listen to the teaching points I provided to my landscaper as it is applicable to the businesses I am helping who will add 7 figures in revenue this year using the same pieces.  If you would like to connect with me you can reach me multiple ways.  Grow With Delta Enhancement LinkedIn Facebook   If this episode provided value please vote for me in the 2022 Veteran Podcast Awards.
