Her experience derives from a combination of working for Contract Furniture dealerships, architects and briefly as Professor of Interior Design at her local Community College. 11 years ago, Monica created IN Design Associates Inc., a commercial design practice in London, Ontario, that creates custom workplace interiors. However, in recent years, Monica noticed an increased demand for more affordable design solutions to support start-ups and rapidly scaling businesses with shorter-term leases. So, she launched a second business, "the BIZ Designer," which offers affordable e-design services and movable assets that grow alongside her clients.
