What are we doing in the pool to start back training after three months of not swimming due to covid-19?  (June 10th, 2020 - 3:00 p.m. New York time) Very interesting talk about what options coaches are having now that the pools are starting to open and how they are approaching getting back to training.  It seems that everyone is in a different situation and that most coaches are looking to start everything gradually.  It is important not to jump right away to start hard just because we feel that we have lost a lot of time.  Patience is the mother of science 😉 Great time with everyone and thank you for taking the time to chat.
