72. Life Lessons from Western Icon Judy Wagner

Today we have the one and only Judy Wagner joining us! Judy is highly decorated in the western industry and I consider her a personal mentor. In this episode, Judy shares her backstory of growing up with seven siblings, losing her father at a young age, and the work ethic she gained while being raised on a Montana ranch. She also shares how she dreamt up Gator Ropes and has had such an incredible career at Montana Silversmiths. Judy bestows true inspiration throughout the episode, but especially as she shares how her highest compliment “nice job, cowgirl” or “nice job, cowboy” came about. We get deep into mentorship, what impact your actions have on others, and how we all need to keep dreaming. Don’t miss this episode chock full of wisdom from an extraordinary businesswoman, trailblazer, and human.
