We chatted about how leaders need to look at their business as a whole system rather than in silos. How as a leader can you reflect on your behaviours and the systems you have in place within your organisations? How can you do this continuously to improve into the future. Each day, week or month reflect back and write down what you should keep doing, stop doing and start doing moving forward to help your organisation achieve greater operational reliability and performance.
