 The Joys & Learning Lessons with Stepparenting   Today's guest and I share something in common. We are both stepparents to two older children and have been a younger daughter. We are going to share about the challenges and successes of step parenting, communicating with exes, navigating step motherhood changes a baby brings to a household. Michelle Mansfield is an Author and Health Coach who has a passion for wellness.  Michelle's writing includes a series of children's wellness books starring her daughter. Her latest project and passion is writing a book addressing the common, but taboo, feelings that many moms feel but are often ignored.  These include:  Navigating our role as new wife or partner in a blended family Introducing new siblings into the mix and jealousy, inclusion, making them feel involved.  How to implement your own parenting when your step kids may have been parented differently Meeting step children at an older age  Postpartum anxiety and depression Learning to let go of control Figuring out what battles to choose  Looking for like-minded Soul Mammas to connect with?
