74. Dedicating this one to all the Fearful-Avoidants out there

from Lit AF Relationships

Today I share about the new focus of the Lit AF podcast. It’s a new lens to bring you the same spiritual and personal growth content but with the focus on healing the fearful-avoidant attachment style. I myself am a recovering fearful-avoidant aka disorganized attachment. This attachment style usually suffered from abuse, neglect, and/or trauma during childhood. We are the most vulnerable population and we need the most help. I have talked about my fearful-avoidant attachment style in many past episodes. It has been and continues to be the most useful tool in my healing journey. I’m excited to focus future conversations with guests on important topics for the fearful-avoidant like cultivating trust, processing guilt and shame, and overcoming codependency. It is my honor to bring your free resources to live a confident, secure, and Lit AF life. I love you so much and thanks for being here.
