74 - Ubuntu - I am what I am because of who we all are with Robin Lockhart

Today I was joined by the rather wonderful Robin Lockhart.  Robin has developed an outstanding international reputation as a specialist professional offering high-impact coaching, project management, training, research, evaluation, interventions, and front-line delivery services to individuals and communities globally.   Robin doesn't only work with young people; rather, he specialises in supporting people to truly understand where their emotions come from: "Many of us suffer challenges and problems in life because we don't appreciate that our emotions are not things that we 'have' or 'are', but are actually something that we 'do'. Our emotions are a result of the sum total of our thinking from moment to moment and we are not obliged to feel the same in one moment as we are in the very next moment" He is a strong communicator with highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, management, organisational, and creative thinking skills.
