A Corporate Karen is a white woman who always seems to be looking for trouble/drama; and if they can’t find it legitimately, they manufacture it.“These women find ways to question the validity of our presence in the workspace and to make our existences there challenging. The microaggressions are typically passive – evidencing themselves in trite ways to assert power or to question knowledge or abilities. Things are said that undoubtedly would never be said to a man, particularly a White man.
