75 Hard - Day 12 - That was close, I almost failed!

Day 12 of my 75 Hard journey… and this was a close one. After a strong, productive day — early workout, filming and editing, clean eating, second workout completed — everything was on track. But at 10pm, I realised I hadn’t taken my daily progress photos. That’s an instant fail. In this episode, I talk about how easy it is to slip up, not because something is difficult, but because you lose focus for just a moment.
