75: shining a light on embracing a new season when we feel stuck in the old

It's the first week of spring! While I am usually excited for a new season, spring can sometimes come with the pressure of new beginnings and coming out of hibernation. In this episode I share a little of how I am struggling with the idea of "new" with this transition into a new season, and little ways we can still find light in every day to move forward even when we are in a heavy season of our own.
