#76 Is Social Media Era Over?

Social media seems to be the thing most Travel Advisors despise.  The need to find new content, engage with comments, and just simply have to show up. With several travel industry coaches now saying that it's time to abandon social media - the question is, is now the time to be on a break?  The short answer - no.  UNLESS - you're in a position where you're already 'known'.  You've built such a presence that you're so incredibly well known that potential clients can find you without hesitation. So incredibly well known that you're turning business away. So well known that you simply can't take on any more business.  The reality is - if you've come to this episode I'm willing to bet that's not where you're at right now. You're looking for ways to be seen and heard. Ways to connect with your ideal clients. It IS possible to do that offline, but you've got to be committed to putting in the effort that that requires as well.
