Be aware of the feeling and seek help. Of course, talk to God. But remember that reaching out for professional assistance for counseling is a ministry also. Counseling is a powerful and personal time where you can share your heart without being judged. God is our source, our strength, and our support. Therapy is a way to find hope, live in peace, and walk in love.
