This attitude can rally highly skilled people to you. Often, bringing new ways of working can shake things up and create a stronger, more positive team. In this episode of Stacking Your Team, we take a look at a workplace where the CEO may be a lot younger than you, but she's motivating her entire team to collaborate with her to make it happen.  Ashley Hill is the CEO of Podium Sports Therapy & Wellness Centre and a Certified Athletic Therapist, Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Sports First Responder who specializes in bracing. She's created an incredible local presence with her multi-disciplinary clinic focused on helping people live a pain-free, active lifestyle. As an athlete herself, she knows the benefit of being surrounded by a strong team, whether that is at home, at work or on the playing field. She's also recently launched another business with her sister, Arcand Party Tents, a tent, table and chair rental company in its first year.  Listen in to discover how not to let age become a barrier to your success and how to build a successful team.   In this episode, we discuss:  Creating a positive, collaborative work environment for your team to excel and grow How her background as a sports captain is helping her transform how she leads her team Shaking up your team dynamic to break down barriers between front and back office   Join the BizChix Community  Connect With Ashley Hill Website LinkedIn Facebook Instagram Books, Tools or Events Mentioned: Reset Your Mindset: Silence Your Inner Mean Girl, Natalie Eckdahl Other Links Mentioned: Dragons Den – UK Shark Tank - US BizChix Episodes Mentioned: Episode 51 - Rolling out big compensation changes to your team – Micaela Zettel Listen to The BizChix Podcast Work with Us: One Day Mastermind GrowthChix Accelerator Program ProfitChix Mastermind CEOCHIX Mastermind Strategy Session Join the BizChix Community This episode was first published at BizChix.com/syt-78.
