#79 Getting to our Why's about Divorce with Roxanne Granata. Part 2 | Healing with WORTH

from Healing with WORTH · host Healing With WORTH

We are back today with Part 2 about getting to our why's about divorce with Roxanne Granata!  Last week, we discussed our why's about staying and how to navigate that.  If you missed this episode, please see show notes to listen in as there are insights for staying and divorcing as well.  In this episode, we are talking more about moving into separation and possibly divorce and what that might look like. One question Roxanne encourages us to ask ourselves to think more about is "Do I feel more peaceful being separated/distancing myself than I do when we're together?" She tells us that trusting our gut will help guide us through these decisions, but that choice does not need to be made immediately. There also may be some fear of the possibilities after divorce, but she also gives experiences of the change that might result because of that decision.  Please listen in for insights of the decision of divorce and thoughts/ideas of how to navigate that. Ultimate question: What is the life you want to have and experience?
