#79 - Tune In And Tune Out We all operate on frequencies, either consciously or unconsciously, and these 'frequencies' can either be positive or negative.  If you are unconsciously tuning into a negative frequency, you will feel .......... negative.  Whereas if you are tuning into a positive frequency, you will feel positive.  Yes, I know that is very obvious, yet so many do not actively decide what they are tuning into, to their detriment.  So in this podcast episode, I talk about getting your control back regarding your frequencies, tuning into what you want, AND tuning out of what you need to tune out.  That becomes a win-win, and if you are a regular listener on here you will know how I do like a win-win.
