We all want to support our kids and help them become the best versions of themselves, but sometimes we unknowingly do and/or say things that hinder that. That's what this episode will reveal for you! I've come up with 5 things we do as parents that would greatly benefit ourselves and our children if we stopped them now. I know I say you "need" to stop doing them.
