Gavin spent almost 15 years running some of the best golf clubs in Mexico after completing his PGA training; from 5* luxury private members clubs to a start-up pubic course with the ambition of growing the game from the grassroots (https://zibatagolf.com/; https://www.elriogolf.com/; https://www.bosquereal.com.mx/app/). On his return to the UK he got involved in the golf club management scene in the country and completed his Club Management Diploma (CMDip) with the Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE).
