This episode is going to be a game changer for anyone that is struggling to exercise. A lot of people put exercise off or moving their bodies because it feels like a chore, it feels like a ‘have to do’ vs. a want to do, it feels like a means to an end vs. enjoying it in the moment or every time, or people have for too long used it as a way to ‘burn off’ food aka a way to torture yourself and make exercise not fun!! Today I’m going to change that.  I’m going to change your world and how you think about exercise, movement, or working out… I'll share 4 concepts for anyone to create or expand their Toolbox! 1) What is Exercise & how you get to DECIDE.  2) Identify your TOOLS.  Discover alllllll the possible tools you can have in your toolbox that WILL serve you vs. you hate.  3) Understand the value of Exercise - so you want to exercise, so you say I need to exercise because of the value you get vs. the 'fake' value you are assigning it now.  4) Shifting your Thoughts about Exercise - how to find thoughts that will serve you, to create intentional thoughts vs. letting old stories run your life and ability to exercise & enjoy it.  After listening to this you will have a toolbox to use for anything that comes up in life, so you can live your best life.   Think about an actual toolbox, that you have a screwdriver, a hammer, a wrench, and all the different tools (your exercise - all the different styles, amount of time, solo, group, etc.) and then ALL the different ways you could possibly use those tools for putting up a painting, building a house, making a dog house, and so much more (these are your values - for stress, for depression, for fun, for your relationships, etc.).
