8 shevat chapter 18 part 2/3 within the shell- is love. Within the darkness- is light

This is such a vulnerable conversation for me. To start learning that there is a place for me to lean into that experiences ALL OF ME (including all my parts) as oneness with god is scary… So many parts are so used to feeling fragmented and alone… and so they have built empires of thoughts and beliefs and behaviors inside my body and consciousness that “protect me”…. And now… as I’m starting to get curious if there is another way to function other then through those “protectors”… they are getting scared. They really want me to be protected(: and they can’t imagine that there is another way for me to be safe other then the way they thought of…. as we continue this convo I’m leaning into unconditional grace and tenderness with every part of myself… Reminding all my precious inner children (animal soul) that when I access my light…they will NOT be left behind… but that they too, will finally have the home they so deeply desire. I remind them that Gods love is unconditional, and that that love will encompass them also. This is the dance to Geula. This is redemption.
