Life Coach BFF Show | Heather Pettey Hi BFF, say hello to a new BFF, Elizabeth Bowman! She is the wife to Chris and mother to three amazing children ages 18, 17, and 15. She is also the author of Encounter. Elizabeth enjoys, running with her girlfriends, hiking, horseback riding, spending time on the baseball and football field, as well as, having a warm cup of coffee with her husband in the early mornings. Elizabeth’s certification in Christian Counseling was earned through the American Association of Christian Counselors. Over the years, Elizabeth has had the privilege to mentor, counsel and walk alongside many women from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who have suffered through abortion, substance abuse, and various other forms of trauma.
