Paige Penick is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified personal trainer. Her work focuses on helping women understand the facts (not fear) around nutrition and health. So they can address things like overeating, cravings and food guilt. Allowing them to better fuel their bodies and themselves in a sustainable way that works. Changing how they eat for good.
