I know the lightness that comes when you move through your day with seamless service rather than a competitive "tit for tat" tally score of who is doing more. You can do a whole lot AND feel free when your mind has a better focus that "of course I have to" and "it shouldn't be me." Seamless service is our nature, especially as women.
