82. I’m building a totally new type of solar business - Josh Mackay - Sales Launch

I’ve realised that the reason I’ve held back on going straight into the sales consulting business is because there are areas of that avenue I haven’t developed strong skills in, such is diversity in exclusive lead sources and high margin sales, so until I mail those things I want to do it myself before I go teach someone else how to do it. Also did a Kolbe report which was super enlightening and gave me more permission to be myself and lean into my strengths (which it also helped me to identify what those are). Totally recommend doing that
