Your Divorce is Going to Trial: How to Prepare

How do you prepare if your divorce case is heading to trial?What are the steps that occur BEFORE your case heads to trial?What's the the difference between a trial and a hearing?What happens in pre trials/mini trials??It's important that your attorney gives you realisitc expectations so that you know what a postive outcome would be, and what a "less than ideal" outcome would be.
