83. How prioritising my day has helped- Josh Mackay - Sales Launch

I’ve been doing a video each morning do the things I want to accomplish for that down, then another video at the end of each day sharing what I’ve actually done. This has been super helpful to hold me accountable, and make sure I’m working on high value, big things that actually move the business forward, and not just checklist porn items (thanks Tim Ferris, I’ll never get that term out of my head). Also in process of offer creation as inspired by Alex Hormozi, sharing same ideas I have on that for a solar company!
