#84 Conversations w/ My Lower Back: Trust & Forgiveness

In this episode I share a multi-day conversation I had with my lower back, as it exhibited great pain. I was desperate NOT to repeat a debilitating series of months-long pain, so I did all I could to remedy the emotional, mental, spiritual pain, in order to ease the physical pain. The core of these conversations with my lower back revolved around Trust & Forgiveness, which if you recall, was one of my 'called toward' goals from a few weeks ago, and is currently on my vision board for 2025. So - here's to using the difficulty to beneficial means.
