#84 Excellence in Execution

from Intentional Disruption

Today I discuss one of the biggest things holding most business owners from the growth, revenue and life they have always wanted.  I was having a conversation with leadership at a Fortune 500 company regarding their technology suite. Similar to the main street business this company has a little bit of shiny object syndrome. In saying that some may think it is a dig. It is simply a asssesment of current state. Even if the technology is not ideal, the execution of process and the people managing it matter more than the widget.  This is not a situation where shame or guilt should come in to play. Ego also can be left to the side. Take an honest look at your core process. In the episode I use client onboarding as the example. If that process is not flawless and simple no amount of awesome widgets on the back end will lead to referral business.  My invitation is to focus the rest of this year on one key area of your business. Get it to where it executes at a flawless level.. and ensure that does not change.  You never see a house last when it was built on a shaky foundation. In business the same holds true. I want you to be successfull. It starts with perfect execution of the basics.  Grow With Delta https://www.linkedin.com/in/mike-demo/ https://www.facebook.com/mike.demo/
