Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place fresh herbs under the skin for extra flavor. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest before slicing. This dish is a simplified version of a classic Thanksgiving turkey. Garlic Mashed Cauliflower: Ingredients:4 cups cauliflower 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons of cream cheese 1/2 cup unsweetened original almond milk milk 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter Salt and pepper to taste Directions:Boil the cauliflower until tender. Drain and return them to the pot. Add minced garlic, milk, and butter. Mash everything together and season with salt and pepper. These creamy mashed cauliflower are a delightful side dish for your Thanksgiving meal. Cranberry Orange Sauce: Ingredients:12 oz fresh cranberries 1 cup orange juice 1 cup stevia Zest from one orange Directions:Combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar, and orange zest in a saucepan. Green Bean Almondine: Ingredients:1 lb fresh green beans 2 tablespoons sliced almonds 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter Salt and pepper Directions:Steam the green beans until tender. In a separate pan, toast the sliced almonds in butter until they're golden brown. Toss the green beans with the almond butter mixture, and season with salt and pepper. Pumpkin Pie Parfaits: Ingredients:1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin puree 1 package of instant vanilla pudding 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 2 cups low carb whipped cream Crushed graham crackers (optional) Directions:In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. In another bowl, prepare the instant vanilla pudding. Layer the pumpkin mixture, pudding, and whipped cream in dessert glasses. Top with crushed graham crackers for a delightful pumpkin pie parfait.
