Before working at Inc., Maria covered business and finance for the New York Times, American banker, where she was the national editor and coverage of the 2008 financial crisis and its aftermath, which she says was a turning point in her career. She’s here to tell us about her new book, Startup Money Made Easy.  It is The Inc. Guide to Every Financial Question About Starting, Running, and Growing Your Business. The book focuses on a lot of the commonly held beliefs that people have about raising capital to start their dream business and she debunks some of these mindsets.
