86. Diversity in Design
from Rapport By LilyGrace Hosted by LilyGrace York
Shirin Tahsili, Louis Carter, and Eric Erazo are designers at McMahon Architects in Boston and we are here to chat about diversity in the design world. The more end users can connect with the designs, versus just to simply understand it, the better. Confidence in yourself matters because you deserve to be the space that you worked hard to get in. We share our story behind our different cultures and express our contrasting perspectives on certain subjects. It is all about listening and learning more. We are proud of who we are and are here to spread the love.
