864. Luke, Chapter 18 (#6) - They will Scourge Him and kill Him, And the third day He will rise again - August 25, 2025

Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 25. I will then key in on verses 21 & 22 - If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; And if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; For so you will heap coals of fire on his head, And the Lord will reward you. Friends, I will add Jesus's words from His Sermon on the Mount - where He added Matthew 5:43-48. On today's podcast we will be continuing our study of the Gospel, according to Luke. Before we begin today's lesson I will review the three points I introduced on last Thursday's podcast (Episode #862 - If you did not get a chance to check out that podcast, I invite you to do so). I will then begin today's lesson - going over verses 31-34 from Chapter 18. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:1. The will scourge Him and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again.2. They divide My garments among them, And for my clothing they cast lots.3.
