Are you climbing the mountain alone or in fellowship? Top producers often find themselves alone because they are trying to reach outcomes that are "rare air" high up on the mountain. Our egos also often keep us isolated. But this way of operating rarely supports the achievement of impossible outcomes. We can all climb higher in fellowship than alone.
