Macht ist ein starkes Wort, das du unter Umständen entweder als stark anziehend oder aber auch als abstoßend erlebst. Macht ist das Gegenteil von Ohnmacht – sprich ein Mensch ohne Macht. Gleichzeitig haben wir viele schmerzhafte Beispiele dafür, wie Macht missbraucht wird und welches Leid dadurch entstehen kann. Ein Grund dafür, warum viele ein ambivalentes Verhältnis zur eigenen Macht verspüren. Aus diesem Grunde benötigt Macht immer den Gegenspieler, die Liebe. Ja, ich weiß, du hältst mich wahrscheinlich für durchgeknallt im unternehmerischen Kontext von Liebe zu sprechen. Lass dich für einen Moment darauf ein.
