In this episode, I’m sharing a segment from one of the 90-minute yoga classes I’ve been teaching as part of my Yoga Teacher Training. You'll be guided through two powerful breathing techniques — preparatory pranayama —Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath) and Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing). These simple, yet deeply effective practices help clear the mind, energise the body, and bring you back to centre. I use them daily in my own morning routine — and now you can too. Find a quiet space, sit comfortably on a cushion (hips higher than knees), and let’s breathe together. Give it a go, be patient and be kind — these practices take time to settle into, but the benefits are truly worth it.  Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath) begins at 18:08.
