Couple of weeks ago, I asked in an Instagram Story Poll “What are your Biggest Challenges you currently facing holding you back from starting your business (or if you’ve just started out)?”. So many votes went to the topic of Confidence & Mindset.In this episode, I tackle ONE topic – which is a result of lack of confidence or not having the right business mindset – which is playing small and not knowing where to start.I share in this episode how I too fell into the trap of Imposter Syndrome; I wanted everything to be perfect when I first started out. The lack of confidence slowly started to creeped in as I compared my backend with people’s front end. For a long time, I felt I fell short and what I was doing not enough.I had to turn things around… and along the way, I learnt that change is messy BUT that success happens with 20% effort and 80% mindset. Creating a business or a practice on your own is hard.
